HVAC USA is a Master Distributor of HVAC and Refrigeration Controls for companies like Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Setra Systems and Veris Industries. We distribute for many other manufactures as well, too many to list here but you can view them on our website.

We are a Veteran Owned family business and started our business in January 2006 after serving many years in the HVAC/R distribution industry. We have store locations in Everett, WA and Carlsbad, CA.
 

With over 40 years of experience under our belt we established a new normal and shook up the old way of conducting business through local branch channels and local distribution at absurdly high prices. We were one of the first HVAC/R companies to create a new business model that served direct to the end user through on-line access without an account established, but we do appreciate established accounts with Net-30 terms as it enables a cost savings that we can pass on to you.
 

We continue to serve our customers by carrying and increasing inventory capacity (unlike some other on-line competitors) while providing you with drop-shipping options for items not in stock. Our inventory levels are real-time, if we show an item in-stock then it is one of our warehouses and will ship within 24 hrs (M-F excluding holidays) or the shipping is free.

We have also enabled the ability for resellers or any tax exempt business to upload their tax exemption certificate as they create their account/order, no need to wait days for approval it is immediate tax exemption!
