Gary has some serious road rage. Today while on his way in his company vehicle, he got a megaphone speaker in his van to yell at another driver on the road, calling her a "fat b!tch" and that if she cut him off again, he would "run your fat b!tch @ss off the road".

I don't want someone with rage issues and sexist language to do any work for me.

Keep this in mind when choosing your cleaning company.

Gary, you're the face of the company. Handle yourself better, don't scream at people on the road through a PA system in your car and call them rude sexist slurs.

I had an encounter with the person pictured in the photo. I'll add my own as well. The problem started when I heard shouting in the street in front of my house.

The Ultimate Carpet Cleaning person was in a verbal altercation with one of my neighbors. They appeared to be getting ready to fight with raised fists.

I came up to them and indicated I was calling the police, and the Cleaning Employee began to include me in his verbal aggression. Both parties parted shortly after I called, fortunately with no further indication of fighting.

The police eventually came, but since I was not the person who was part of the original argument, I could not press the issue.

I'd recommend anyone needing carpet cleaning to take their business elsewhere as who knows what would happen if a customer had a problem with work. Perhaps the customer would come away with no more than verbal abuse... but staring a 250 6' 'angry' man is not how I'd like to conduct a customer complaint.

The person claimed to be the owner, which if true, explains why he has continued his behavior, nor any form of 'yelp' explanation offered.

The guy in the photos not only cut me off but once I got around to where I was turning, stopped next to me to yell a string of profanities at me because I cut right in front of him. I had my windows down and music up so I didn't hear exactly what he was saying but it sounds like I'm not the only other person who's had this issue.

Pretty sure it's common sense to not drive like an asshole in a company truck. Needless to say- I'd never use this business based on this guys unprofessional and unhinged behavior.

How is it that it's years of this kind of behavior happening and nothing is being done about it? Seriously, I hope you guys do something about this sooner than later but obviously making sure customers are not only safe but other people on the road are safe isn't a priority of yours.

DO NOT use this company!!! They were sent to our home by Stainmaster for a warranty claim and the woman who set the appointment was fine. The day of the appointment a gentleman which is the same man in the pics posted on other reviews called to say he was on his way...I let him know that once he gets to the gate to please ring through call box and we will buzz him in...he was a bit abrupt but...whatever. Calls again when he is at the gate and abruptly asks for the code to get into the gate...ask him again to use the call box and then he says abruptly "can I just have the code"...when I again asked that he use the call box he hung up. About 15 minutes go by...he calls again and rudely tells me the he needs to park his car where there is one currently parked and it needs to be moved..... (apparently he waited at gate until he could just follow another car in).

At this point I was very put off and walked outside and said that I have decided to cancel the appointment....he didn't even look at me....said ok.....and drove off.

There was NO WAY I was going to let this man in my home....shocked they are still in business

Wow, looks like this guy has a real problem with driving and cutting people off and then acting in an incredibly obnoxious manner. I just encountered him on the 5 freeway and he proceeded to cut me off at the Oceanside Blvd. off ramp. He literally cut in to my lane within the last 10 ft of being able to exit, causing me to slam on my brakes. I was so excited to see the "stay back I'm recording" sign on the back of his Van, unfortunately he is the owner so it won't do a lot of good calling to complain!! The next best option is spreading the word and making sure his reputation suffers as a result! Once he saw me photograph the Van so I could call and report him, he whipped out his phone and started following me. This guy obviously has anger issues and a horrible driving method. Stay away and based on the other reviews I would not let this guy anywhere near your home!!!

This is the worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever seen. My parents called this company based on a referral from a realtor. What they got was extremely rude people that yelled at them and did not want to move any furniture and worse, stains that appeared that were never visible prior to the carpet cleaning.

We had them come back a second time to "fix" their stains and again, what we we got was another bad attitude (the guy yelled at my mom) and even more stains and a carpet that looks horrendous.

Finally, I called the owner on behalf of my parents to be told that there is nothing they can do about it, they won't refund a cent of the 300.00 they charged to destroy their carpets and that I should speak to the realtor who referred them? I don't now what the realtor has to do with anything since he did not provide the service.

Bottom line, if you want your carpets to look like shit call Ultimate. I could not be more upset with how they treated my elderly parents and how they wasted their money on a so called carpet cleaning that makes the carpets look like they need to be replaced now.

Two thumbs down for this so called carpet cleaner.

The guy in the photo as stated here has driving issues I saw him coming up about a half using the emergency lane then cut me off and started using his camera to video me if he is the representation of his company I'd just stay away

Terrible customer service. I spoke to the owner and he was very rude and impatient with my questions. English please! I'll skip the attitude and go elsewhere.
