Skylar and his team just delivered some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from a company! They went above and beyond in getting us our new patio furniture in time for us to host our family for the holidays. If you're in the market for furniture, go with Skylar's...they provide the kind of service you just can't get at big box stores.

We have bought several pieces of furniture from Skylar's over the years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their furniture, the service, and their selection. Though their store is smaller than most furniture stores, we love their selection...I'd call it "sophisticated casual." I also appreciate how the staff works as a team, so you feel they are all there to make sure everything goes smoothly. Plus, I love that their furniture is built in Los Angeles, so when we recently purchased a custom made sectional, it was delivered in just five weeks versus the 8-9 months we were quoted from the larger furniture store. And, I love buying local and supporting local residents. So a solid 5 stars from us!

The new patio couch and table is the second large purchase I've made at Skylar's. The customer service is excellent from assistance at the store front, to delivery. Communication is excellent!

I purchased a custom sofa as well as a mattress from Skyler's home & patio . I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the mattress as well as the sofa. Also, all of the staff at Skylars has been extremely friendly and helpful as well as professional. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from them. I ordered a couch from Pottery Barn, and after waiting 7 months with no word of when it would show up, I cancelled the order and ordered another couch from Crate and Barrel. They promised me I would have it in time for my Thanksgiving company. Nope. Delay after delay, and finally I was told it might come in January. I cancelled the order, and was lucky enough to find Skyler's. I found the perfect couch, customized it to meet my needs, and they promised I would have it by Thanksgiving - although Thanksgiving was only 7 weeks away. Not only do I have it, it arrived early! The delivery guys had to get it up a flight of steps, make a tough turn in a hallway, and even take the base off in order to get it into the doorway. Not a problem. They were fabulous. I will never go anywhere else again to buy furniture!

Bought a couch from skylars back in 2017 and already time to replace it. They claim to replace if any issues but when I tried there was soo much red tape felt more like I was being ran in circles. I spent over $2k on this couch and now its causing back problems not only for me but the entire family. This is not to bash on skylars they didn't make the couch they just sell crap. The couch is so bad now we sit on the floor against the couch instead of on it. Skylars won't do s$&! About it and hide behind mfg warranty. I am couch shopping again cause now I own a $2000 eye candy no one can sit in. I just head warning buy a couch from here your buying an as is couch use it in a room where it looks nice but not for sitting. The couch will be good for maybe 6 to 8 months of use before having to buy another.

My husband and I are so happy with our sofa purchase from Skylar's. Nicole and the rest of the staff gave us top quality service and attention to detail for our specific needs. After being burned by two big box stores I was really nervous about my purchase. Nicole kept me informed every step of the way. Another plus as this is a top rated brand Johnathan Louis sectional and we paid less that what we would have paid in a big box store. Shop here and shop local. You won't regret it!

I worked with Kate and was truly blown away by her level of customer service. I've had to modify my existing order so many times due to circumstance and she has literally not made me feel like it was inconvenient once- and stepped up with solutions every single time. You have a loyal customer for life. Also, the furniture and pricing (not the usual for Carlsbad) is GREAT!
