The owner, Jami Shapiro, answered all my questions and scheduled a consultation for my client the next day with move consultant JoAnn.

JoAnn was patient, professional and kind and listened attentively to my client's needs and requests. After meeting with him and deciding on the layout of the furniture, the move was scheduled and went flawlessly. JoAnn facilitated the move from start to finish and my client was thrilled with the end result.

Efficient, personable, organized. Roxanne made my move sooooooo easy. She anticipated my needs and had excellent communication. She worked with the movers, assisted them to put everything where it belonged. She had taken photos in advanced so she knew where to put things in the new location. I highly recommend her services!!!!!

Moving my mom was an extremely challenging effort and the folks at Silver Linings were there every step of the way. Highly recommend them. I'd highlight my super stars, Amanda who coordinated my Mom's move and home review and Jenny who has helped me muddle through some 15,000 photos including dozens and dozens of framed, taped, pinned and matted images. They came up with a fabulous creative eay to bring my moms past and present to life in her new home and I'll be forever grateful. And Jami, the boss, is also always reachable and willling to take some time sharing past experiences and recommendations. Costs were very reasonable. Thankfully/hopefully I won't have to go through this again, but there's no doubt who I would call if I do!

Silver Linings provided a thorough written estimate and advised us throughout the entire process. They accurately estimated the hours needed and price and met those objectives expertly. They estimated 101 hours and came in at 101 hours so we paid exactly what was forecast. Amanda made several suggestions in sizing our furniture to a slightly smaller home and the furniture fit perfectly when delivered. She also helped us map where the furniture should go and packed and unpacked everything from china to glassware. Every item was placed in its original container and nothing was broken or damaged. Excellent job of both estimating and executing the complex process of moving.
