In fact, our AWARD-WINNING SERVICE has helped us consistently be in the top 3% for sales volume within our Windermere Homes & Estates family of over 450 Agents.

As many of you know, Tracy has been pursuing new avenues for expressing her many talents and communicating her message to others. This has been a process with much foresight and planning to make the transition seamless. While I am now overseeing our Sharrar/Windermere enterprise, Tracy is still my partner and advisor. Tracy and I are people of faith; parents of two adult children, Brayden and Savanna (and our boxer Reagan); we have a passion to live-out our core value of SERVICE in our community by giving of our time and resources to local charitable foundations, and business organizations like the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce; and, to help enrich our lives, we love educating ourselves by attending conferences, reading and, of course, we try to make everything we do fun!
