Meyers Risk & Legal Consulting provides risk management advice, legal consultation, and risk management training services to businesses and public entities. This includes reviewing and developing contract clauses and insurance provisions for selected clients to optimize their protection from liability and contract claims.
 

Neal litigated in North County for almost 40 years, co-founding a successful law firm in Carlsbad.  He achieved the highest rating for his legal skills and ethical reputation from nationally recognized peer review organizations. Since he retired from active litigation, Neal has provided risk management consulting for selected clients and provides informational training to interested members of the Government Training Agency.

Neal attended the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, where he graduated with highest honors. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as a staff writer for the California Regulatory Law Reporter.
