Our belief is that our three yearly BRIK Bootcamps are the cornerstones of health and fitness and can be incorporated into your daily lives. By building a solid foundation during these six week bootcamp programs, we train our bodies and our minds to take on multiple challenges simultaneously.
Outside of our bootcamp programs, we offer a range of women’s fitness classes including barre, cross-training, TRX, cycle, yoga-pilates, zumba, lift, and more.
