Paola Richard – President and CEO Paola has worn many professional hats in her lifetime, from wildlife journalist to information officer and campaign coordinator for national and international organizations—including the UN—to gelato store owner. Paola’s previous experience owning and operating Gaia Gelato in Carlsbad, CA was the inspiration for GelatoLove. She saw a need in the food community for a healthier choice of high-quality artisan gelato made with only the best natural ingredients.
